REFUND Donation Policy

Refund Donation Policy

NETTD strives to provide our users a hassle-free refund process. Fees paid to us may be returned under the following conditions:
  • Upon request via the contact us page or directly to a NETTD representative.
  • We do not refund processing fees.
  • Refunds should be requested prior to the scheduled activity for which they were purchased.
  • Refunds can be re-directed to a donation at your request.
Donation Process
  • Donations to specific accounts are possible and should be made via available Donation options in your shopping cart.
  • General Donations can be used as the community Board of Directors decides.
  • Designated Donations will be used toward the specified use.
  • Weekend Donations will be used for the specified weekend. Funds not used during that weekend will convert to General donations after that weekend has passed.
  • Love Offerings will be used for facility use and cleaning fees.
  • General Scholarships will be used for Guests that have financial needs and applied as the Board of Directors deems appropriate.
  • Guest Fee Donations (Payments on behalf of Guest) can be applied to that guest or converted to another category at the purchaser's discretion.
