What is Tres Dias?
Tres Dias is a Christian ministry that revitalizes Christian men and women in their walk with Christ by encouraging them in three areas:
- Impact their home and work environments for Christ
- Maintain their own relationship with Christ through small group sharing
- Return to their home churches with a renewed desire to be a Servant Leader
Most attendees are Protestant although all Christians who accept the Tres Dias “Statement of Belief” are welcome.
TRES DIAS STATEMENT OF BELIEF
1. We believe and profess our faith in one Triune God – The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit (Matt. 28:19).
2. We believe and profess that Jesus Christ is the only Savior and is God in the flesh (John 1:1, 1:14, 3:36, 14: & Heb. 2:17).
3. We believe and profess that The Holy Spirit is God and is The Lord and Giver of life, who continues to work in believers today to sanctify, edify and empower the whole Christian church on earth for His purpose (Job 33:4, Acts 1:8, John 14:26 & Rom. 8:11).
4. We believe and profess that the Holy Scriptures are the inspired and completely true Word of God (II Tim. 3:16-17).
5. We believe and profess that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God; that forgiveness of sins is received through confession and repentance – – and that our sins are washed away through the blood of Jesus Christ (Acts 2:38, I John 1:9 & Rom. 3:23).
6. We believe and profess that salvation is a gift of God’s grace received through personal faith in Jesus Christ (Eph. 2:8).
7. We believe and profess that the Body of Christ is to make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of The Son of God (Eph. 4:3, 13).
8. We believe and profess that God’s unconditional love, as made manifest to us through Jesus Christ, is the primary witness by which people are renewed, edified, and changed (I Cor. 13:8).
9. We believe and profess that God has called us to live holy lives that will bring glory to His name (Col. 3:1-25).
Note: For purposes of standards and principles, Tres Dias ascribes to those stated in the “Authorized King James Version” of the Bible of 1611 (KJV).
If you notice, these are all main stream beliefs that all Christians should support. There is nothing divisive in these belief statements, which is intentional. Tres Dias stresses those beliefs that UNITE Christians, while respecting those beliefs that divide Christians.
Tres Dias is:
- Christian
- Interdenominational
- A Christian renewal movement
- Similar to the Cursillo movements
- A Christian support group movement
- A prayer, study, and action small group movement
- Approximately 100 Tres Dias communities around the world.
Tres Dias:
- Encourages Christians to tell others about Christ
- Emphasizes the love that our Lord has for each of us
- Encourages Christians to share Christ where they live and work
- Encourages Christians to be in a small group for Christian support
- Encourages Christians to work in their home congregations and to evangelize.
- Pastors and laypeople share what was meaningful about their Tres Dias weekend experiences.

Guests:
What should you bring?
Everyone should bring his or her own bedding, pillows, towels, washcloths, and toiletries. Guests should bring comfortable casual clothing. Although no dress clothes are necessary, you should bring appropriate clothing for any weather changes on the weekend.
Special concerns:
Any health or dietary concerns or special physical needs MUST be reported to your sponsor PRIOR to the weekend to ensure that the necessary arrangements are made to provide a safe and healthy weekend for you
This special weekend is devoted to deepening your relationship with Christ. It is a cloistered weekend. No phones, tablets or other devices able to connect to the outside world are allowed. This "disconnect with the world time" provides "reconnect with Christ time ". Please tell your family In case of an emergency call the emergency contact number given for each weekend.
